Question; Are my emails and data backed
Answer;
Hilbourne.com maintains regular backups of Exchange mailboxes. In the event of data corruption or loss, our backup procedures will restore data to within 24hrs of its original state.
This does not cover you for any data loss caused by yourself ? i.e. we cannot restore data that you might have inadvertently lost or deleted.

Question; Can't send an email attachment
Answer;
Your attachment is larger than 5 MB. This is the maximum size allowed by our SMTP servers, for any single email.
Action: Reduce the size of your attachment, either by putting it into a zip file (to compress it), or by splitting the attachment into several parts and sending each part in a separate email.
